Yolo HCP/NCCP Fees:
The annual fee adjustment for 2022 will be in effect as of March 28, 2022. All application fees received on or after March 28, 2022 are subject to the updated fees.
 
2022 Fees (per acre):
Land Cover Fee  $15,571
Fresh Emergent Wetland $80,864
Valley Foothill Riparian $66,560
Lacustrine and Riverine $64,854

Non-Riparian Elderberry Transplant Maintenance Fee (per acre):
$19,104

Yolo Habitat Conservation Plan/ Natural Community Conservation Plan

 The Yolo Habitat Conservation Plan & Natural Community Conservation Plan is now fully adopted and permitted. Program implementation officially began on January 11, 2019.
